در این مقاله قصد دارم چکیده گفتگوی ویدیو کوچینگ و انسان مدرن را که توسط آکادمی بین المللی کوچینگ فارسی زبان برگزار شده است را برای شما مخاطبان که شاید زمان لازم برای مشاهده کامل ویدیو را ندارید ارائه دهم.

کوچینگ: یک سفر به قصد رسیدن به تغییراتی که دنبالش هستیم. این سفر به یکسری ابزار نیاز دارد که ابزار این سفر یک کوچ برای مراجع می باشد.
خواستگاه رشته هایی مثل روانشناسی، کوچینگ و… ریشه در دنیای باستان دارد و به دنیای مدرن مرتبط نمی باشد، این نیاز انسان مدرن است که انسان ها به شناخت خودشان تمایل بیشتری نشان می‌دهند و انسان ها می خواهند بر اعمال ،رفتار،جسم و روحشان کنترل داشته باشند و این معیارهای شخصی برای انسان با اعداد و ارقام در دنیای مدرن معنا پیدا کرده است. اما برای اینکه انسان بتواند میزان رضایت خودش از زندگی شخصی و کاری اش را بسنجد، اینجا علم روان شناسی و کوچینگ معنی پیدا می کند و این میزان رضایت با اعداد و ارقام قابل محاسبه نیست و درونی است و هر انسان خودش باید به این حال خوب نمره بدهد.

منظور از فرآیند درونگری در کوچینگ عبارتست از: مشاهده ای که انسان می‌تواند درباره ماهیت ادراک ، احساس و افکارش پی ببرد. در واقع مکانیزم اصلی کوچینگ همان درونگری انسانها به خودشان است و از درون خودشان به خودشان پی ببرند.

مرز بین روانشناسی و کوچینگ در واقع نگاه به گذشته در روانشناسی و نگاه به آینده در کوچینگ است.

مدرنیته باعث می‌شود تا انسانها به سمت استانداردهای جدید پیش بروند و این استانداردها باعث می‌شود تا انسان ها احساس افراطی‌گری و تنهایی کنند و این کوچینگ کمک می‌کند تا انسان ها بتوانند از درون خویش نسبت به باورهای خودشان آشنایی داشته و بتوانند نسبت به بازبینی ارزش‌های خودشان اقدام کنند تا بتوانند از لباس بیرونی و ظاهری خودشان دل بکنند و لباس واقعی منتسب به درونشان را بپوشند و با آن لباس احساس خوبی داشته باشند.

یکی از بهترین تاثیرات کوچینگ، اقدام مراجع ها نسبت به توافقات جلسات کوچینگ است.
