کوچینگ چیست و چگونه به ما کمک می‌کند؟

کوچ به تعریف فدراسیون بین المللی کوچینگ ، عبارت است از یک همکاری و مشارکت بین کوچ و مراجع کننده که در طی آن مراجع کننده  با استفاده از تفکر عمیق و خلاقیت خود توانایی های شخصی و حرفه‌ای خود را افزایش می‌دهد. در یک پروسه کوچینگ، ۸۰ درصد زمان توسط کوچ صرفا بر روی طرز فکر مراجع زوم می‌شود و ۲۰ درصد از زمان روی استراتژی قابل استفاده توسط کوچ زوم می‌شود. ۸۰ درصد زمان کوچ ها صرف این قضیه میشود که دیدگاه مراجع را نسبت به موضوع کوچینگ تعیین و در صورت لزوم تغییر دهند. مهارت های لازم برای یک کوچ یازده صلاحیت تعیین شده توسط فدراسیون بین المللی کوچینگ (ICF) است که کوچ باید این مهارت‌ها را یاد بگیرد، که عبارتند از گوش شنوا داشتن ، بازتاب دادن، بازخورد دادن ، عدم قضاوت و …..

برخی از اقدامات یک کوچ :

 

1. کجاها میتوان آگاهی مراجع را بالا برد این خود می‌تواند تعیین کننده جلسات کوچینگ باشد.

2. تعیین موارد و جاهایی که مراجع نباید عمل کند به عبارتی مراجع نیاز به نه گفتن و مذاکره دارد و عمل تنها راه حل قضیه در آن موضوع نیست.

3. کجا ها مراجع می تواند بیشتر عمل کند تا سریعتر به هدف نهایی برسد که قبل از این مراجع جدیت لازم جهت اقدام و عمل را نداشته است .

4. کجاها مراجع اقداماتی انجام نداده است که می‌تواند با اقدام در آنها به اهداف و مقصود خود برسد.

مزایای کار کردن با کوچ ها برای مراجع:

 

1. در واقع کوچ‌ها با تمرکز بر این موارد موجب افزایش ۷۰ درصد کارایی مراجع می‌شوند چه در زندگی شخصی و چه در حوزه کاریشان

2. طبق آمار ۶۱ درصد مراجع کننده ها عموماً در حوزه کاری خود افزایش کارایی داشته اند. ۵۷ درصد در مواردی که مراجع مشکل مدیریت زمان را داشتند توانستند نسبت به افزایش کارآیی خود اقدام کنند. ۷۲% توانستند در حوزه مهارت‌های ارتباطی کارایی لازم را افزایش دهند. ۸۰ درصد توانستند اعتماد به نفس خود را افزایش و تقویت کنند. ۸۶ درصد در حوزه سرمایه‌گذاری و مالی توانستند بهبود کارایی داشته باشند. ۵۱ درصد افراد، کارایی تیم خود را بالا برده اند. ۶۷% تعادل بهتری بین کار و زندگی ایجاد کرده اند.
