در این مقاله قصد دارم چکیده گفتگوی ویدیو چهارچوب‌های قوانین اخلاقی به روز شده ICF را که توسط آکادمی بین المللی کوچینگ فارسی زبان برگزار شده است را برای شما مخاطبان که شاید زمان لازم برای مشاهده کامل ویدیو را ندارید ارائه دهم.

منظور از چهارچوب‌های اخلاقی ICF چیست؟

این چهارچوب توسط ICF پایه گذاری شده است تا بتواند تمامی کوچ های عضو فدراسیون در چهارچوب این قوانین اخلاقی نحوه کوچینگ درست با مراجع را بیاموزند و این چهارچوب‌ها را در کوچینگ های خود در نظر بگیرند. اصول اخلاقی در واقع نحوه تشخیص کار درست توسط کوچ می باشد. اصول اخلاقی، یکی از اولین صلاحیت هایی است که یک کوچ در جلسه کوچینگ با مراجع باید رعایت کند.
اصول اخلاقی هر 3 سال یکبار توسط ICF به روز رسانی می شود. اصول اخلاقی در ورژن جدید ، دربرگیرنده ارزش ها، اصول و استانداردهای اخلاقی ICF است و این چهارچوب شامل تعاریف کلیدی موارد فوق می باشد و تک تک مواردی از قبیل مراجع، حامی مالی، متخصص ICF ، کارمندانICF، افراد سوپرویژن(ناظر کوچ)، منتور کوچ، آموزش دهنده و… تعریف شده است.
ارزش هایICF از اصول اخلاقیICF گرفته شده است.

از چهار مورد ارایه شده می توان به :

1) Integrity ( تمامیت، یکپارچگی)،
2)Excellence(تعالی)
3) همکاری Collabration
4) احترام Respect
اشاره کرد. این چهار ارزش دارای وزن یکسانی هستند و در کنار هم حایز اهمیت هستند. استانداردهای اخلاقی ICF در نسخه جدید در 4 قسمت و 28 مورد ارایه شده است.این 4 بخش عبارتند از:

1) وظایف کوچ در قبال مراجع( نوع قرارداد و …)
2) وظایف کوچ در قبال کسب و کار کوچینگ
3) وظایف کوچ در قبال عملکرد حرفه ای
4) وظایف کوچ در قبال جامعه.
اصول اخلاقی مشخص کننده مرز بین کار درست و کار نادرست است تا کوچ بتواند نسبت به تشخیص درست این اصول اخلاقی مقید باشد و کوچ بتواند کار درست را از کار نادرست تشخیص دهد.
