معارفه مدیر کل ارتباطات وفن آوری اطلاعات استان آذربایجان شرقی

آيين تکريم و معارفه مديرکل ارتباطات و فناوري اطلاعات آذربايجان شرقي با مديرکل دفتر هماهنگي امور استان‌هاي وزارت ارتباطات، معاون هماهنگي امور اقتصادي استانداري و مديران بخش ارتباطات و فناوري اطلاعات استان برگزار شد.

اين مراسم با حضوربرخي از مقامات من جمله آقاي دکتر جهانگيري ، معاون محترم امور اقتصادي استانداري ؛آقاي مهندس حسين علي محمدي رئيس سازمان نظام صنفي رايانه استان ؛ آقاي شکوري مدير کل محترم شرکت مخابرات منطقه آذربايجان شرقي ؛ آقاي آقازاده مدرعامل محترم شرکت ايرانسل در استان و آقاي مهندس ترابيان مدير کل دفتر هماهنگي امور استانها وزارت .برگزار شد

در ابتداي اين مراسم مهدي خرامش، سرپرست سابق اداره کل ارتباطات و فناوري اطلاعات استان با ارايه گزارشي از عملکرد اداره کل در دوران تصدي سمت سرپرستي گفت: اداره کل ICT استان و اينجانب تمام سعي و تلاش خود را براي اجراي برنامه ها و پروژه هاي تعريف شده توسط وزارت ارتباطات به منظور توسعه زيرساخت به خصوص در نقاط روستايي و کم تر برخوردار به کار گرفت.

وي همچنين از کمک و همکاري هاي مديران ساير ادارات زيرمجموعه وزارت ارتباطات در استان و همچنين مديران اپراتورهاي فعال در استان در جهت پيشبرد طرح ها و پروژه هاي تعريف شده تشکر و قدرداني کرد.

سپس محمد فرزاد، مدير کل ارتباطات و فناوري اطلاعات آذربايجان شرقي با تشکر از اعتماد وزير محترم ارتباطات و تقدير از تلاش‌هاي سرپرست قبلي و ساير مديران استان در توسعه مناسب زيرساخت هاي ارتباطي در استان، گفت: اميداوريم با تداوم همکاري‌ها و حفظ وضعيت موجود، بتوانيم فناوري اطلاعات و کاربردهاي آن را بيش از پيش در استان گسترش داده و زمينه نفوذ هرچه بيشتر فناوري اطلاعات در حوزه هاي گردشگري، سلامت و ساير حوزه ها را که موجب رونق توسعه تجارت الکترونيک و رشد کسب و کارها مي شود، فراهم کنيم.

در ادامه مهرداد ترابيان، مدير کل دفتر هماهنگي استان هاي وزارت ارتباطات و مجري طرح USO با اشاره به اهميت استان آذربايجان شرقي در زمينه هاي مختلفت اظهار کرد: اين استان جزو سه استان داراي بيش ترين پروژه اجرايي جاري در کشور است.

وي با بيان اينکه استان آذربايجان شرقي يکي از بهترين استان هاي کشور از لحاظ بستر فيبر نوري است، افزود: وجود همين بستر مناسب کمک شاياني به توسعه پوشش اينترنت پرسرعت در سطح روستاهاي استان کرده است.

ترابيان با اشاره به برنامه هاي وزارت ارتباطات در سال 99 براي توسعه زيرساخت ها تصريح کرد: وزارت ارتباطات و فناوري اطلاعات در سال آينده يک هزار دستگاه ATM و هفت هزار کيلومتر فيبر نوري در سطح کشور را نصب و راه اندازي مي کند.

وي افزود: بعد از توسعه زيرساخت ها در کشور، برنامه وزارت ارتباطات توسعه خدمات در سطح کشور است.

مدير کل دفتر هماهنگي امور استان ها با قدرداني از تلاش هاي مهدي خرامش سرپرست سابق اداره کل ICT آذربايجان شرقي براي محمد فرزاد مدير کل جديد ICT استان آرزوي موفقيت کرد.

در پايان علي جهانگيري، معاون هماهنگي امور اقتصادي استانداري آذربايجان شرقي با ابراز رضايت از وضعيت ارتباطي استان گفت: آن طور که بايد و شايد از اين زيرساخت ها بهره برداري نشده است.

وي با بيان اينکه امروزه فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات يکي از عوامل توسعه اجتماعي و اقتصادي کشورهاست افزود: رشد اقتصاد ديجيتال در استان بايد در اولويت قرار بگيرد.
