در این مقاله قصد دارم چکیده گفتگوی ویدیو مدیریت در نقش کوچینگ را که توسط آکادمی بین المللی کوچینگ فارسی زبان برگزار شده است را برای شما مخاطبان که شاید زمان لازم برای مشاهده کامل ویدیو را ندارید ارائه دهم.

کوچینگ یعنی عاملی که به انسان جرات می دهد تا به آرزوها و اهداف اش برسد. تغییر در رفتار و دیدگاه و اقدام به سوی آنچه می خواهد. در واقع کوچینگ پتانسیل بین انسان‌ها و آنچه هستند (عملکرد افراد) را پر می‌کند.

مدیریت افراد، امروزه به واسطه آگاهی کارکنان سخت تر شده است، در واقع مدیر در نقش کوچینگ بر روابط مدیر با پرسنل فوکوس دارد و به مدیر می‌گوید تا به کارکنان خود تفویض اختیار بدهد، قضاوت نکند و به کارکنان خود به عنوان یک رابطه والد، کودک نگاه کند.
مهمترین دغدغه مدیران کوچ شاید این باشد که بتوانند مهارت هایی که آموختند را در سازمان خودشان اجرایی بکنند چرا که آموختن، متفاوت از اجرا و اجرایی کردن یک مهارت آموخته شده است.از مشکلاتی که باعث عدم اجرایی شدن یا مشکل در اجرایی شدن این مهارت ها در سازمان می‌شود:

1. عدم همدلی بین کارکنان و مدیران سازمان
2. اطمینان کارکنان از عدم گوش شنوا بودن مدیران در سازمان و گرفتن بازخورد از این گوش‌های شنوا
3. حال افراد (کارکنان) در سازمان خوب نیست و اینکه مدیران باید در ایجاد حال خوب برای کارکنان مشارکتی داشته باشند در این امر جایگاهی ندارند.

مدیران که گوش شنوای کارکنان خود هستند در واقع باعث حال خوب شدن کارکنان می شوند و در صورت اجرایی شدن این فرایند توسط مدیر، باعث می شود انرژی کارمند عوض اینکه جهت فکر کردن در خصوص عدم گوش شنوا بودن مدیر مصرف شود ، در جهت بهینه بودن کارمند در سازمان مصرف می شود و کارمند مقید می شود تا تمام انرژی خود را در خدمت سازمان قرار دهد.

کوچ مدیر در سازمان می تواند با ایجاد ساختار، شرایطی را فراهم آورد که با اجرای فرایند پرسشگری از کارکنان، کارکنان را در پیدا کردن جواب سوالات خود از درون خود کمک کند. برای اینکه انتظار داشته باشیم یک تیم در شرکت بهره وری و خروجی داشته باشد، باید اجازه بدیم یک تیم در شرکت قبول مسئولیت کند، تفویض اختیار کنیم، تصمیم بگیرند، اشتباه کنند، بازخورد دهیم، سوال بپرسیم، بازتاب دهیم و گوش شنوا داشته باشیم.
